
Expert Meeting : how to design human centred AI services?
AI is transforming services at high speed, but our design methods are still stuck in the pre-AI era. Service blueprints continue to focus mainly on human processes, while AI is already making decisions behind the scenes, introducing risks and influencing user trust.
Ethics, AI governance and the human experience are still designed separately. As a result, organizations deploy AI without a clear understanding of its impact on users, employees and the responsibilities involved.
The goal of the expert meeting is to co-create a practical framework that unites technology, humanity and accountability. A blueprint that shows where AI creates value, where risks emerge and how to build trust and fairness in from day one. That is the gap this expert meeting aims to close.

A full-day co-creation workshop to build the first version of the Human–AI Service Canvas and test it on real cases.
Morning
We explore the gaps in today’s AI services, map worst-case experiences, and define the core building blocks:

We shape the blueprint structure, roles, and shared design principles.
Afternoon
Teams co-design Blueprint v1, adding layers, metrics, and tools (intervention points, learning loops, bias checks, decision logs).
We apply the canvas to real cases through live prototyping and peer feedback.
Outcome
A validated Human–AI Service Blueprint v1, a shared language for designing AI services, and a first set of real-world test cases. A closing dinner to wrap up the day.
