Why did we create frameworks as a UX Academy? The UX Academy is running almost 10 years. During those 10 years we did help thousands of participants with their ux work issues.
In the winter of 2023 we wanted reduce the amount of slides in our powerpoints. So we zoomed in in the needs of our participants; what is the most important to tell? How can we add value to their work? We discovered all kinds of relations between their ux related issues. That was the reason to create frameworks instead of more powerpoint slides.

When to use this framework?
- Who are my stakeholders and what is their role?

How to use?
Organize stakeholder conversations with a good script. Find out who your key stakeholder is. Start at the beginning and follow the outline. Finish with a participation plan to properly engage all your stakeholder in ux.
How to embed this framework into your organization?
A stakeholder analysis is dynamic; stakeholders and their interests are constantly changing in a project. Adjust your stakeholder canvas each time after a major event or check it every few weeks to make sure it is still accurate.

UX Workflow Canvas🅭

When to use this canvas?
- You don’t have support for ux in your organization and you don’t know the cause.
- What are major and minor pain points in the internal (scrum) work process from a ux perspective?
- A plan of action on how UX support can be integrated in the organization
in the most optimal way
- You want to offer a structure to support the interest for UX
How to use it?
You can create it like a customer journey; do some stakeholder interveiws, then map it to an existing work structure. Afterwards you can also turn it into an improved work structure (ideal future situation).
How to embed this framework in your organization?
First you have to complete it by yourself, and then create a workshop with your (business or tech) stakeholder(s) to come up with an ideal ux workflow.
Or complete both variants by yourself, and use the improved variant as the starting point for your stakeholder conversations to build a ux strategy.
