✓ Calculate hours and write invoices.
✓ We'll gather all your questions on sticky notes and address every one of them.

✓ UX and Scrum; a good match? Learn about design sprints & positioning UX in Scrum teams.

Day 2 - User Needs vs. Business Objectives: Developing UX Strategy as a Team

✓ Work with one of the most important UX tools: the Feature Matrix Model (backlog). This is a tool for defining the requirements for an app.

✓ Learn how to map user needs to business objectives; creating a UX Strategy.
✓ We'll discuss the next steps in your career and possibilities for growth as a pro.

Day 3 - Develop your own UX Strategy​

✓ Develop KPI's for your business objectives.

✓ Present your UX Strategy & get feedback.
